Plastic Card Printing Design Tutorial

1. Barcode in the plastic card: Make sure you're on a light background, whether it is a black plastic card, draw a white rectangle before placing the bar code, otherwise the scanner will not be able to read it . By type of barcode, C39 and EAN is the most popular. Also for the location of bar code, they have to check with the customer what kind of scanner you're using some types of scanner can only take the bar code near the edge. If you have to resize bar code, please make in the same proportion. 2. Banda magnetic plastic card: There are 2 kinds of computer tapes. High-C0 is for bank card, credit card use, high Antimagnetic. Co-What is the most popular and cheaper than the High-co. If the magnetic card plastic is not to use bank, using lo-co. 3. Hole / Strip punch in plastic card: The most popular size of a hole is 5mm. Not too near the edge of the plastic card. For punch to strip cord, make sure the size fits the tape, as some cords are very thick. 4. Signature strip on the back of the plastic card: There are 2 types, transparent and white scheme. There is no big difference. Pay attention to the task, if shot too, people will not be able to write about it. 5. Flat numbering, the sequential numbering in plastic card: It is usually used for membership card number. There are 2 kinds, printed and thermal spray printed. Spray-digit form is made up of tiny dots. Printing is the normal temperature. Pay attention to the flat-bottomed numbering should not be too dark, as these numbers can only be black. Black numbers are unreadable in dark background. Flat numbering can also be words that are for use of the ID card. 6. Embossed in plastic card: This can be done with a machine stamped with ease. And the color can be gold, silver and black. It depends on the design of the card. Embossing can be capitalized characters and numbers. Do not exceed the 21 digits in line 1. And too many characters in relief, the card will double. They also affect the embossing the text printed on the back. The unreadable. That done everything that I have recently, I will continue to update this guide I hope will be helpful to new guys.
