2d and 3d Computer Graphics

Two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) graphics are all around us and allows us to be able to visualize and manipulate data every day. What is the difference between 2D and 3D computer graphics, such as 3D models? Let's explore the differences and similarities between them.2D computer graphics2D computer graphics are digital images that are based on computers. These include geometric models in 2D, as compositions image, pixel art, digital art, photographs and text. 2D Graphics are used in everyday life traditional print or drawing. There are two types of computer graphics 2D - raster and vector graphics. Raster graphics or bitmaps are composed of combinations of pixels. Each pixel can be a different color or shade. The routes are used to describe the images through the establishment of mathematical relationships between points within an image. This geometric data is manipulated by computers using 3D computer graphics software in order to customize your screen, movements, and appearance. 3D computer graphics are often called 3D models. A 3D model is a mathematical representation of geometric data that is contained in a data file. 3D models can be used in real-time 3D: animations, videos, movies, training, simulations, architectural visualizations or to show how 2D images (2D renders). In contrast with a 2D graphics, 3D, is a model of "mathematical representation of any 3D object." A 3D model is not technically a graph that shows up visually as a 2D image through a process called 3D. 3D models can also be used or not in computer simulations and graphics calculations. One of the advantages that have 2D graphics in 3D models is that they allow more direct control of the image and are easier to change with relatively simple software packages. 3D models are not so easy to change, because it requires specific skills and 3D modeling more complex and powerful software 3D model. 3D models using many of the same mathematical algorithms as 2D vector graphics within model wire.
